The General Purpose Industrial Fiberglass Filter is one of the most popular paint arrestors in use throughout the United States. The classic DUO filter features a progressive density construction that meets the needs of the widest variety of finishing applications. This robust filter is designed to provide longevity, efficiency, and economy for most painting applications. This 2" thick filter is white/green in color and is especially useful for heavy coating and wood working applications. This filter has an efficiency rating of 98.7%.

The paper paint arrestor is 5 layer paper paint arrestor with design elements aimed at longevity and service life. Often used as a pre-filter or with two filters in tandem, the Paper provides modest efficiency with steady airflow. The Paper w/poly adds efficiency to the Paper technology by bonding it to a non-woven high efficiency polyester backing. Like the regular paper, the paperw/poly provides longevity and steady airflow but with far superior arrestance efficiency.

Intake Filters

This self-supported tackified polyester intake filter (series 65) is designed for a velocity of up to 400 FPM. Unaffected by humidity, this intake filter has a low initial resistance which allows it to not shut down airflow upon installation. PAFIF is a high dust holding filter with an efficiency rating of 88.4%. Also in the line of intake filters is the cardboard-framed panel air filter which consists of a pleated blend of synthetic and natural fibers with a metal grid support on one side. Average efficiency is 25 to 30%. Arrestance is 90-93% based upon ASHRAE standard test 52.1-92.
